Sparkling Wine Tour
Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) is the South African term used to describe a sparkling wine made following the classic French method of champagne making. The fine bubbles in each bottle are produced by inducing a secondary fermentation in the bottle. The bottles are then laid horizontally in a cool cellar to mature for a minimum of nine months.
